目前市面上的奶茶紙杯都是通過壓縮成型，杯面難免會出現(xiàn)不同程度的拉伸線絲，這是屬于正常的。一般肉眼看過去都能接受的情況下是屬于正常的，如果拉伸紋特別明顯的粗大，說明制作工藝不足。

在杯子制作工藝的過程當(dāng)中，數(shù)量的多少是不可以保證的，難免會出現(xiàn)偏多偏少的情況。畢竟杯子在生產(chǎn)的過程都是批量生產(chǎn)的，中途難免也會出現(xiàn)幾個杯子是不合格的，不合格的杯子我們要拿出來，在生產(chǎn)的過程中把數(shù)量補(bǔ)上去，也要看當(dāng)時生產(chǎn)這批杯子的原料等等因素。所以數(shù)量誤差的存在是在所難免，以實際數(shù)量為準(zhǔn)。

奶茶紙杯定制都是通過克重來計算單價的，但是在工廠制作的過程當(dāng)中，并不能保證每個奶茶杯的克重都是一樣的，都會出現(xiàn)正負(fù)差的重量，就算你同時剪一段10米的繩子，他們的重量都是不一樣的，為什么會出現(xiàn)這樣的情況呢？因為產(chǎn)品的密度分布不均勻。但是，整體的重量是不變的。
